To celebrate the latest rules updates, this small event, running over several months, is designed to guide you in creating your very first warband—or perhaps an entirely new one. Choose an allegiance—Warden, Church of Rot, or Gnarl—and keep it for the duration of the event.

• Each session, you will receive a budget in Knots to create one miniature that will join your contingent.
• You will have 3 weeks to choose or kitbash and paint 1 miniature. At each deadline, post the finished result along with your model’s name, stats, and equipment.
• Post your finished photo in this channel in the dedicated channel on Discord, and share your progress in ⁠weald-minis-and-painting-chat
• If you do not have time to finish, no worries—simply complete the miniature for the next deadline (along with the new one), though you will not earn all available points!
• Miniatures may already be assembled and primed, but not painted (come on, you still have to put in a little work!).
• Anyone may join the challenge at any time, even partway through the event—they will simply have a few more miniatures to complete.

A small scoring system will determine who has been the most efficient!

Please note that there is absolutely nothing to win, but you will cover your faction with glory :

• 1 point if the miniature is completed (assembled and painted) on time
• 1 point if the miniature shares no common equipment with your previous models
• 1 point if the miniature is kitbashed (more than a simple head swap)
• 1 bonus point if a new participant joins the event after the first deadline
• 1 point if a short text (minimum 5 lines) introducing the character is included (their story, ambitions, relationships with other members, etc.)
